This is a dish that litterally makes itself. Small preparations when I get in the door, and in the oven it all goes while I freshen up. Dinner is served 😉
Set the oven on 200 degrees c, and get the ingredients together:
1. Bell pepper, cherry plum tomatoes and a little onion.
2. Cube/cut the veggies
3. Prepare the saithe fillet on baking foil on a oven tray
1. Add a nice dollop of sourcream, seasonings of choice. I used thousand Island aswell.
2. Put it in the oven, and after few minutes, add the veggies. Or if you like them well cooked, just put them in right away too.
